Second wind?

This is the second day I've tied my buff (head scarf) into the pirate knot. And this is the second day I've done really well pace wise. I'm fairly sure the pirate headwear is the secret to the Himalayas. Sure the locals don't use it, but that's just because they've been doing it for so long.
